My main killer, the pet, had umm 2 Hyperstones(100% + Attack Speed, ouch!) And 2 Bashers (30% Stun! Dont forget the 16% passive stun, 46% 100% Speed, Damn lol)

lol, those are th kind of people i hate playing againest too.....Theres to many people that are to good at dota....i bet that kill was a random thing that happened too
