Well, i was the creator of that sig (EpiQ) so i maybe could try, but you must write guidelines and such.

1. Name or quote = Clipz Then Hell-Reapers In The Bottem Right Hand Corner.
2. Theme = Bowser (From Mario)
3. Colors = Black/Blue/White
4. Size = Forum Size
5. Style = Tech
6. Animation = Yes Maybe a scan line or Name Flash.
7. Avatar = Yes Plz
