sorc build plz help

ok all of my chars have expired,and i have rejoined jue to the new patch ,but im making a ice sorc could u give me a build so i could own and get good mf stuff,aslo should it be orb or blizz or both.?

be a blizzard sorc. heres a rough guide
helm: ptopazed shako, or 3 ptopaz helm
ammy: +2 to sorc or +1 to sorc skills ammy
armor: ptopazed skulders, or wealth armor
weapon: alibaba or possibly an occulus
shield: rhyme, or spirit if ur ladder
gloves: chance guards
rings: nagelrings or sojs if u can afford them
belt: goldwrap or arachnid
boots: wartravs

inventory:
try getting small resist charms like 7% to lightning/fire/cold and such

skills to max
iceblast
blizzard
mastery
icebolt

skills for 1 pt:
telekinesis
teleport
energy shield if u want
static field

and prereq's

and any skill that synergises blizzard that i missed, make sure u max that too.

hmm wel i allready put 6 points in warmth and the rest of points in ice bolt and 1 in ice sheild im level 15 i think or just below that should i remake the sorc?
