Ragnarok Online is p2p, however, you can play on free private servers by downloading the korean game clients, then installing a patch provided by the private server.

As for Guild Wars, you just buy the game in the store, or download the game client off their offical website, then you buy a unique Game ID. Your really just paying for the Game ID with Guild Wars, then its free to play =3
