Maybe not. I used to play video games online often when I was sixteen and seventeen and I hardly noticed racist comments. That was around 2002. Maybe I just didn't pay attention but I happened to notice hardly any racist comments.

So I came back in 2005 and it seems like all I ever hear is a racist comment. From kids and adults all the same. On starcraft, diablo II, warcraft III, etc. It kind of makes me sick.

Also, has anyone here heard of Prussian Blue? It's these two young girls (around thirteen I believe) who are in a "band" singing racist songs. Apparently their mother got them started on it and encourages them to keep doing it.

You can bunch together these people in groups as much as you want but in the end the only reason a racist really hates the other race is because they are a differnet color.

They lump everyone together in a group simply because a majority of them happen to be displayed as bad people. Notice the word displayed, I don't think I or anyone else has the right to judge an entire race of people because of what the news displays or what other people say.

I've met mexicans I could do without and I've met mexicans I'd want to be around forever simply because of their outstanding qualities of friendship and trust. Same goes with black people and any other race I've come across. I don't know what it is that sparks racism exactly, but it's just disgusting to me.

In a bigger scope of the picture, I feel alienated a lot and could do without the mass majority of people. I'm not saying I hate them or want them to die, I just prefer to be left alone and out of big parties and groups of people. I also wish people would wake up and think about what they are saying and doing before they go off and rant and rave about things. Racists included, because honestly, I don't think 99% of the people considered racist really have a damn clue what they are talking about.

solidstyle i need you to visit a place some day called Greenville Mississippi.
if its about hating individual people then i hate 50% of the individual population there. and and 90% of those hated are black. even my black friends hate the black people from this particular area. let me elaborate.

For the past 6 years now there has been a very large car show held in the town of greenville mississippi. people from all over the country would gather here for 2 days of the year and share their vehicles and ideas and products and whatnot. this show was considered one of the greatest carshows in the custom vehicle world for the first 3 maybe 4 years the show was held. the show is now considered dying because of the "locals" that have decided to show up for the past 2 years. and by locals in mean the black population of the town. this past year's show was by far the worst i've ever been to because of rioting started by the black population (i guarantee if there was a white man involved he was the one taking the beating) beer bottles were thrown and innocent women in the beds of custom pickup trucks were grabbed and groped by the hood rats wandering the streets. i even saw groups of young black children not over the ages of 10 massing around these vehicles that we spend so much time and money to build and just beating against the sides and roofs of the windows. and then there were the "******s" driving the old cadillacs and caprices driving through our cruise doing the mike jones swerve (hence my intense hatred for that ****er mike jones. i know who he is he's a dead man) and smashing into the sides of these cars and then driving off because NONE of them have insurance and there are no police to take a report. they would drive down the center lane until they got to a really nice vehicle and throw their doors open into it and keep driving. once again none of these people were white only the innocent show-goers and a few white locals with lawn chairs on the sides of the street watching us cruise our 40k dollar investments. A white man i know from another custom car forum StreetSourceMag.com was taken to the hospital from an attack by a group of all black men who hit him with beer bottles and a baseball bat.

so if i want to hate individual people that count just rose to nearly half the population of a single town. keep in mind i have LOTS of black friends because they proved to me that they are above what the rest of their people try to be. i also have a friend in your situation, mother was white, father was black, he acts more like me than he would a black man. but his vehicle was attacked too cuz he looked white. so until the blacks decide to stop treating us like we still own them. i'm gonna have a biased opinion until i have the time to actually get to know each individual one. And this is just one instance of blacks taking it out on white people here trust me if it was up to the whites we'd just rather drop the whole thing but apparently in 2005 we're all still slave owners. there's my rant if you flame me your an idiot.

1) Rascism doesn't mean hate, You don't have to hate them in order to look down on them. E.g. White men takeing slaves from Africa, they didn't do it because they hated the Africans, they just believed that they were an inferior race. No hate involved.
2) I never said that rascism is "safe" or "individual", however it can be. For example, let's assume for a moment that I hated all black people. So what? If I don't do anything to them in any way, how is that unsafe? Ideology, if kept to oneself is not harmful.
3) Rascism can be as simple as just believeing that black people are naturally stronger. You are just acknowledgeing that there are differences between races. That's not harmful (not that I believe so, I am just makeing a point).

ah see this is the problem. most racism derives from past events in history. and the fact that people keep bringing up the past is what keeps it alive today. if everyone in the world would live in the present instead of the past it would cut down at least 70% of the racism that exists. but that will never happen. but the sooner people realize we live in the year 2005 and not in the 18-1900's the sooner we can start functioning as a "Human" race.

I personally try to stay away from racial stereotypes. Stereotypes are the kind of people im racist against. I know plenty of black people that i hold nothing against, and my two BEST friends are south american (ones columbian ones mexican). My view is that there is indeed trash in every race, its not about what kind of blood you have in you, its about what you do. ******s are the black stereotype, Spics are the spanish stereotype, Guidos are the loudmouth stereotype italians (ohhhhh how i hate them) etc. Nor do i believe in racial superiority. Im more selectively racist, so read my views before you start ragging on me.

also keep in mind that ive been raised in places that are naturally racially biased.

As for the comment saying we are all Homo Sapiens, First of all we are classified as Homo Sapien Sapiens (dunno why) Second, African Americans are slightly evolved, They have a muscle in their legs that every other race does not enabling them to run faster and jump higher.

Todays world is based around the black man, is that a bad thing, maybe and maybe not. Turn on your television every sitcom nowadays is a black sitcom or show, hell MTV is a black music station now, and then theres BET, try making WET(white entertainment tv) and it will be shot down cause its racist.
Every time we see a controversial trial of a black celebrity or police brutality victim on trial, they arn't convicted solely on the grounds that if they are the retributions to be payed from violence and rioting and looting outways the true facts if that person is guilty or not!
Follow the news, there are also high ranking black racist in the world as well, just recently at a rally at Brown University there was a statement made calling for the extinction of all white people! It doesnt seem much stink was made over that statement though!
Kany'e west or whatever his name is(the rap artist) stated that president bush was racist and hated black people because he was slow to provide relief to the hurricane Katrina victims and his people, but he failed to mention that white people were also homeless and starving too! he claimed that the military was allowed to shoot at black people his so called people, but if you followed what was going on you would understand why they were being shot at, due to the fact that the street gangs were looting raping and shooting at rescue workers, police officers and at the military personel that were there to provide help and relief, so therefore it is justified why his so called people were being shot at by the military.
I work at a juvenile prison in Virginia, our population is about 75 blacks to 1 white, and all day long i hear the term white boy used for the white kids in our system. if i said black boy every time i refered to a black kid i would be called a racist. Im not a racist i have black friends, very respectable black friends. My views come from this new thug uprising, its very sorry when crime, disrespect for women, drugs, and gangs are a rising force of how kids view, what is cool, or how they want to live their lives.
We recently banned all viewing of music television stations in our prison, due to the over growing displayes of gang influence being showed on BET and MTV. The kids are raising hell saying that we cannot take these programs from them due to this type of crap being there cultural rights. I hate to say it but 20 years ago you would not have seen a black artist like Ray Charles or Marvin Gaye stand up with his pants sagging singing about *****es and ***'s, and manufacturing and distribution of crack cocaine, and money rules evrything. Therefore its not Black culture that is a bad thing, its just what young black hoodlums and thugs have done to change and mold there culture into nowadays!
So open your eyes to the world around you and realize that times are changing, theres a war going on today, its a war to survive in a hatefull world, things that would apall people 20 years ago are now readily exceptable in todays society!
Watch the news every once in a while, see what is going on in your community and the world around you and see if you can see what the world is coming too these days!
Im not a racist and im not igorant, im just opiniated by what the world has come too!
