need helping making a sorceress

hey im new to the forms and im sorry if this question had been asked already but i need help making a MF sorc. Im not sure weather or not to use meteor + frozen orb or using blizzard. Im not too sure about skills but i know what gear i want. Also i want to know if you have any tips? spots to go and kill while leveling up to hopefully get something useful. Please not that this will be the first character im making online but i have been reading a few guides. thanks a lot and hopefully ill see you online some time.

another question. i want to make a fireball sorceress for dueling. not asking for any help about that here but just wondering what armor to use. ive read a few guides that say Ormu's Robes with 4 rainbow facets. But isnt enigma still really useful due to the large strenght bonuses? not sure so im asking, im probably wrong but what to know. thanks
