thanks for the warning although some how i survived the warden attack and i had easy play and d2 on all day at work.. I also had my stealthbot on too in the channel i was in hmm. Although its i eventually lose my acccount ill just quit d2 and keep play counterstrike its not as addicting lol. I wounder if the stealthbot helps at all against warden.

lol, noob, roflmao, in earlier announcements it said you can get banned even from d2loader, because it changes the game, and blizzard bans you for everything.

You cant get banned from d2loader becausey ou have to use the disk to even set up d2loader with the mpq files.

would that even matter since warden scans system files?

D2loader has been very consistant in NOT getting people banned. It however CAN get you banned - blizzard just doesn't seem to care so much. The possibility of it happening isn't entirely out of the question though - but twa is just covering its bases from an earlier thread(EDIT: 2 threads) where I caught him with his hands in dirty places (IMO at least), so be careful in listening to him. If I were you, I would look at the many other people using d2loader and see if they've been banned? cough...none...cough... Well, except twa's friends of course :)

Hi, another sad maafacka banned here. I was away from home for 2 days and left mm.bot running. When i came back I stopped it, came to d2sector saw the warning, tried to log :account closed (8).

Anyway, like many of u said this is my quit call for diablo and MAYBE that's a good thing after spending so much time on it (50-60 hr gear on 7 lvl87+ chars). Wanna thank u all for making this game last a little longer (yes hax help u with that :) and listen to the warning, stay low for a while. Hope I never come back to dia anymore!

CYa pplz, have a nice life

Some people might be caught for the first time, so you might only be banned for one month.

Diablo II CD-Keys are regularly banned and accounts are closed due to hacking on Battle.net. In the case of the CD-Keys that were banned, at least one account tied to each CD-Key was identified as having used such a program while playing on Battle.net. First time offenders are banned from realm play for one month and repeat offenders are banned from realm play permanently. Users who are unsure if their CD-Key was temporarily or permanently banned will have to wait one month from the time the CD-Key was banned to determine the status.
