Pindle Sits in Act 3

no one has yet to answer why pindle just sits in act 3, im pretty sure i covered all the commands i needed to.. please help me figure this out, im sure a lot of people are having the same problem!

Not sure what he's talking about, but I came across a weird bug the other day doing a Baal run. Right before the Minions of Destruction dropped, I ran backwards to draw my merc back. Of course, my merc didn't move, got caught and died. The Minions came to me and I finished them. As I got back to the spot where my merc had died, my merc was not lying on the ground. Instead, he was still standing upwards with the stun animation going on continuously. He obviously "died" because

A) His picture on the top left was gone
B) I couldn't access his item menu
C) I heard him cry out like a wuss when he died

It was weird.

howardD2 are you trying to say that when u run pindle bot your char just sits in act 3?

If so then the simple solution is before you run pindle bot you got to have your character in act 5...so log on to ur acct and ur char then open a game go to act 5 save and exit then run pindle bot and voila it should work....

If not disregard the above remarks :)

that is what i was saying, yet now that its in act 5 the same stuff happens:

pindle bot signs on fine
enters game fine
once it enters the game it sits there for a couple seconds, and my character doesnt move at all, and then the bot restarts. i have no idea why!

Im a dumbass, new to bots, i thought pindle was sortof just another word for Meph, i had no clue that Pindle was an actual unique enemy. lol. Im using it in act 5 like its suppost to, now it works, yet my sorc is pretty bad with meteor/orb vs pindles minions, so now my 77 sorc will have to be used to kill meph on my free time, lol.

if u want to use a good pindle bot try netterhaufen.de and get NHP 1.5

just be aware that if you run the body/armor scan and u take off your armor, you can lose your items if you die because of the corpse bug.
