Trouble with uploading avatar

hey im haveing a proble uplaoding an avatar from a website i found, maybe im not doing it right, please help ok i posted this and looks like my avatar is there, but its supposed to be animated, whats the problem??

wherever you saw it with the animation, try both getting that url from the properties menu, or saving it to your computer as a .gif file and re-hosting at imageshack.us.
