Low lvl in Hell??

Question, I recently saw a lvl 3 in hell..isnt there a lvl restrict on doing ancients? And if not, how did he get to hell as lvl3?

He got to Hell by getting glitch rushed (sometimes seen as grush or whatever); basically it just entails a high level rushing him through, and when the rushee gets to harrogath he basically just joins a game of someone doing baal for quest; as long as that person doing it for the quest is in the room where Baal is killed and he gets quest, the rushee (low level in town) will also get quest. He then moves onto the next difficulty and has rusher rush him to harrogath again. Usually then in hell they will do Chaos runs (in Act 4, Chaos Sanctuary) and while i have never done it myself, the low level can get i think like 10+ levels a game and level to 60 or something like that easily.

glitch rushing is awesome i got my smiter lvl 1 to 80 in one day lmao he still cant do ubers easily **off topic** -.- btw im new

I saw a lvl 7 in a hell game me and a freind made to lvl in and he was being really annoying about the party deal (ex: pp, pp plz, pp, pp!, @$%& PP, pp-pp-pp-pp-pp-pp-pp-pp) and it gets to the point where you're like: "STFU YOU STUPID NOOB".) Anyway, I let him join, opened a portal at Tal Rash and then every one wuite the party and regrouped, while I went back through the portal to close it. Evil I know, but c'mon, a lvl 7 in hell.
