The war only didn't ruin Iraq, it made US soldiers die and cost a lot of money.

GodandRock are you retarded, people who join the military want to risk their lives for freedom of civilians. Bush did make a draft or anything. They chose to go in the Army and ect to fight its not like Bush shot them himself, like Saddam has done with his people.

omg thats would really be a horrible dead to suffer, but i agree with fuggle more than i do with Skymonster, you kind of do sound like an idioit but the only reason i agree with you is just the simple fact i really hate bush. He goes agienst all my views on politics and as a human and really he needs to wright his own speaches. I can tell that his level of intellegence is much to low to be albe to wright any thing that complex. But fuggle is right that he would have just gone on his merry way killing people. Unless bush or someone else had stoped him. I don't agree with this war at all but at least he can't kill any one any more. Also if on this trial he has he gets off easy i can tell you ill be on pissed off person.

Don't like him. He's screwed up over and over and is annoying to listen to when he talks.

You criticise Bush's intelligence and how he's too stupid to write a speech yet you can't even spell properly (See examples, "wright" and "agienst")? He's not the most well spoken person but when is that a requirement of making good decisions?

Also, I'd like to point out that anyone who says, though nobody in this thread has yet, "I support the troops and not the war," is a moron. How you can support somebody if you don't believe in their cause? Isn't the best method of supporting someone to show them your belief in them? I know none of you have said it but I hear it all the time elsewhere and it really pisses me off.

if you think about his behavior, it actually makes a lot of sense. we have a low expectation of him, right? we expect him to screw up all the time. therefore, when he doesnt, we praise him highly even though it was something that should have been done correctly in the first place. the image of the president is crafted very carefully. if you think Bush is a complete idiot, then you're the moron because he has got you fooled
his speech problems are fake. there have been videos of him speaking as a governor and he was perfectly eloquent. read up about reagan and mike deaver. you'll find out just how staged everything about presidential appearances are

i usually bring this point up when debates about bush pop up on this site...you cannot blame bush for every little thing that goes wrong in your life...our government has a system of checks and balances for a reason. if the government does something stupid, its usually the fault of many people and not just one. i chalk this up to a lack of knowledge about the government...for example, i disliked clinton probably about as much as some of you dislike bush, but i was smart enough to realize that i could not blame every little thing that happened in my life on him. ne ways u guys gotta agree on one thing...things have gone wrong while bush is president, and they have gone wrong more than most other president's times...this is the reason y ppl dislike bush...i agree with ur guys's points that he has advisors etc...but watever the reason, things r worse than most other president's times...

So, because the man has been forced to face more tradgedy than most presidents that make him a bad president? He's had to deal with hurricane relief (And an incompetent mayor that got alot of people killed for the sake of saving himself from lawsuits), helping with the Sunami relief, a stock market crash (Which caused a depression the last time it happened), 9/11, the war in Iraq, and the conflict in Afghanistan. Of these six only two can be blamed on Bush, though like I've said I agreed with them, and if you consider the fact that we haven't fallen into a depression and even have the economy in a state good enough to warrant tax cuts that he's made...he's not doing too bad of a job in my opinion.

exactly...not many other past presidents would have done as well or better if they had to face all that
