Stash perming?

I heard that you cannot perm items that are in your stash that they must be in your inv/equipted is it true that they can poof in stash?

I think it doesn't matter as long as you perm them so they don't poof.

well i thought temp perming wouldnt work for stuff in stash, but i've seen people do it and it worked for them. so i guess if you temp perm stuff in your stash will be safe too

no i have like 50 hrs in my stash and like 30 of them are at least duped so all i do is perm every game while the rnes are in stash and they dont dissapear

i was just going to say those people with 80hrs(full stash/inv) have to be able to perm stuff in there stash. I've help sojs in my stash and they never poofed on me(continuos trade games so i not sure if they would poof or not but i got permsed everytime). but ofcourse when i put sojs on they have to poof lol(not talking about the same sojs)

To Temp Perm

Open a trade window with a person, cancel the trade and quickly exit the game. If in that time anyone enters or leaves the game you will need to do it again as you will no longer be temp permed.

yes i did that in every trade game i went into. i ussually had a friend just in case i was left alone with no people to help me perm. thats why i hate sojs lol but i don't go to the extreme to perm every game as i key run a lot etc. if they poof they poof i guess..

well to my knowlege i had like 5hr in my stash and i perm in most games but games i dont perm i usally lose like 1 hr so yeah perming really does help and work u just have to perm everygame so far i lost like 10hr alrdy because of not perming

the best way to perm is to have at least 2 cd-keys and d2 loader with windowed game so you can always be sure that your runes wont poof

Not really, the best way to perm is to xfer to a mule that only has duped items, temp perm him, and try to only trade when you have friend on or when you are sure you will be able to trade all of your duped items in that game.
