are people still low lvl dueling? cuz i got a jewel that is 9 to max dmg req lvl 8 and my friend said thats a good jewel. i wasw just gunna use for crafting. is it any good?

I don't think so. LLD'ing isn't that popular, and I don't think those jewels are all that uncommon.
