D2Loader Problem

Ok I've gone thru the Readme, Faqs, and the forums and haven't found my answer, so I'm going to lay the whole situation out.

I have legal copies of the original and expansion disk along with valid cd-keys. I just got a new computer, and my Lod disk was broken in two (I use D2loader on my other computer) so a friend burned me his. I installed the original, logged on Bnet and updated to 1.11b. Then I went and tried to install the expansion with a burned disc, but it would mess up when finishing music.mpq.

I downloaded a torrent for the expansion.
I have Alcohol 120%, PowerISO, and Daemon Tools (used most).
So I mounted the downloaded image of the expansion onto a virtual drive and installed. Worked perfectly. So then I try to play but it asks for a disk in a REAL drive and the burned copy just doesn't do it for it I guess. So I get the idea, oh hey I'll just use D2loader.

So I downloaded the latest version and looked at the readme, and copied the .exe into my Diablo II folder. Then I tried to run it and it gave me the error message titled "Unknown Version":
D2Loader does not recognize this version of Diablo II. This build is only designed to work with Diablo II v1.11b.

Make sure u have patch 1.11B for "EXPANSION" installed. I think you gotta download it from www.battle.net
