ok being new and such, im prolly gonna get my *** kicked for this but what the heck!
Does rap music **** anyone else off as much as it does me!? I serioulsy cant take it!! All it is is the same horrible beat over and over talking about being a P.I.M.P or big booty hoes or "everybody in da club...." in my opinion there is little to no talent involved and i dont understand why so many people like it so much!!!

Thats just my opinion and if you disagree thats cool but i wanna hear others opinions too.

who ever said rap is gay is ****ed up .... wiggas think bout this ... rock is a bunch of words being screamed that u can barly understand rap u can acctully make out only good rock band is linkin park cuase they have sum rap in there songs so stfu about rap u lil kids that suck and just like to hear ppl screamen i mean my lil 5 year old sister can even do that but rapping takes skill.... have u ever freestyled? i dunt think so u gotta come up with rhymes in 2 seconds and its pretty hard and its not all about being pimp and stuff like that if u know waht hard rap is then u know its about dissing each other ..... get online and look at some ppl freestylin battle ull see what i mean non of that 50 cent way and stuff i mean there good but street rap is so much better all original and 2 seconds to come up with the rap u hear on the radio aint as good cause they revise it and sh*T so **** off about rap u lil wiggas!!!!!!!! :

Hip Hop/R&B classic is nice.
Rock n' Roll was only good by Aerosmith.
Real Rap is usually bad. But there are some songs out there that are really good.

rap is an artform like everything else...everyone thinks that rap doesnt take any talent...try listening to some freestyles by Big L..one of the best lyricists ever, and you tell me that being able to rhyme that fast, off the top of your head, doesnt take talent.

Metal sucks yes, but emo, screamo, post hardcore and even to an extent punk out wits, out plays and out dances most types of music.

Hey you lil bleep. I won't submit to your level and curse because we have ladies watching. But you think that a style of music that involves "singing" about raping women, killing cops, stealing money, etc. is something which takes much skill? Many of these rappers don't even produce their own songs anymore. Yup, that's right you no talent waste of space. Many of them get much help from the studio. Classic Rock and Roll, Blues, and Jazz. Ever heard of any? If it weren't for all of them, we wouldn't even have rap. So give some credit to it's predecessors. Oh wait, you probably don't understand. Think of those three styles I said as rap's parents. Rap is the little angry child, screaming into the microphone about issues he doesn't understand.(You) And then insults other styles of music because he is afraid of their influence and it threatens what he enjoys.

Hopefully you're not cutting up on rap Trog...i understand that oldies is what brought on most of the new stuff....but rap does take skill..regardless if they write their own songs or not..
