diablo lod crashes after leaving town

I have this huge problem!
I tryed installing d2 and lod by using fake cd's ad no cd cracks etc.
but somehow it never worked.
then me and some friends decided to buy the game from amazon for 10 €and play battelnet.
but i still have the same problem:
everyime i leave the town my computer crashes .. it's so weired...
does anyone have a ****ion for it?

and a nother question: I registered my account on bnet and there it said that it would be deleated if i don't use it within the next 48 hours for at least 2 hours... now i cant realy play atall with my weired problem.. if this time expires.. does that mean i can never register on batelnet with my key again? or can i just register a new account as soon as the old one is deleated..?

i don't know what is up with the crashing, but for the expire accounts it will be deleted but you can always remake.
