So if you could kindly make a neat list of what u need in a computer please tell me. (For all the things you list, make sure there "todays" technology" And keep in mind I will be doing alot of gaming......if that matters)

Or instead of writing me a list, give me a link to a website that has a list

If you gonna game, go for a nvidia card. The newest you can get ya hands on basically, dont go for Radeon, most games are based on nvidia so its wiser to use it.

Also, if you want a stable and fast pc go for at least more then 1 gb of ram. DDR is what i use, your cpu(proccesor or something) should be above 3 ghz or even higher. I also recomend a hdd of 160gb or more.

    You'll need:

    A Graphics Card
    A Sound Card
A Processor (Get an AMD for gaming)
    A Power Supply
    A Motherboard
    A Hard Drive
    CD/DVD/Whateverthe**** drives
    Some sort of cooling system
    RAM
    And a Case
    (And a keyboard/mouse, of course)

    In no particular order.

You'll get a lot more information out of the link Diablo posted though.

Keep in mind that you can get onboard video/sound with a decent motherboard and save yourself the hassle/cash of buying a seperate sound/video card. Any onboard video/sound, assuming it doesn't short out (just read reviews) will play all older games, most newer games on lower settings, all dvds/movies. Unless you want to have the coolest computer in your town you don't have to buy every individual piece of gear.

That said most cases come with PSUs, but I do reccomend you get a decent one. I use a 420watt? Aspire lime green PSU that's really ****ing trippy, especially if you have a see-through case. ALl the power connecters glow in the dark.

    Peace.

Also, if you DO want to get the best video card, make SURE your motherboard supports PCI Express and PCI Expressx16. All the boss videocards are x16 now 'a days.
