Because there is no rules page at the moment. rules were lost i think. need to make them all up again but i really couldnt be ****ed. unless ppl want to collectively create a set of rules.

maybe someone should make a post in help and suggestions and suggest a few rules and you can just browse through it and choose which ones seem reasonable.
