He stood tall and proud
An emblem of strength
No one knows the lies he told
To get him here today
They only see that smile
Not the cruel gleam in his eye
How many were tortured
Before he got his way in life?
Can they not see that darkness inside him
or the future soon to come
When the Jews of Germany cry
'Run, my children, run!'?
No, they only see his pride
As he gives his little speech
About how he will go around
And give power to the weak
Soon this man will be known
By the darkness in his eyes
The threats beneath that cold malicious
Smile that is too bright
Soon this man will be heard of
In history books that say
'How could we have ever trusted this man,
so unbelievably insane?'
But for now we all watch him
And listen to his plans
Until the Jews start crying
Dying by his hand
