d2 loader problem help plz

kk i got 2 cd keys and i have all files but when i get to last part to refill cd keys it i click it and some white thing pops up for a second... any buddy now why?

i mean that i cant refill in the cd keys for some dumb reason

Make sure they are all lowercase with the dashes removed. Some people have problems filling the keys if they are not.
