sting hackmap help

hey guys well i download stings hackmap on my old comp and of course it was very easy to do well ive moved and i am using a different computer and for some reason i cant get it to work... either i download it and two note pads are opened one blank and another about how to install but then thers no program coming up so that i can actually run it then sometimes when i download it again i get the program up and click reveal act and it says make sure ur in a game and if u are its game mismatch type or something soooo i dunno can somebody just help me with this quickly please

ummm.. I didnt really understand what you were trying to say.. could you please say it more detailed. All i know is that your stings is not working right.
