The chargers could've won it with that interception during the Pats last touchdown drive. I was freakin pissed off when the chargers lost...reallly wanted it to be New Orleans vs Chargers.

I told you guys in that other playoffs thread that New England was going to win. I didn't see much way that the Chargers could beat them with Martyball and Basically a rookie QB.

And there is no way the N.O. is Beating the Bears at home in the weather!

Jordan, the bears are shit, with a QB who can't stay consistent for the life of him, I can't see them winning the superbowl, or even NO.

I thought exactly that too. But now i think the Pat's D will crush the colts offence and win it.

Out of the rest of the teams left, the one I dislike the least is New Orleans, so I hope they go all the way. They will at least make it past Chicago, that's like a no brainer. I hate the Pats and the Colts, but I hate the Colts more so go Pats.

yeah pats will beat the colts. the colts run d is STILL a problem, they've played better but playing better doesn't mean that they're still not way too small upfront. also, this has happened before and the outcome has always been the sam. belichick knows how to get to payton manning. and the charges had the best offense in the nfl, so if we can stop them we can stop the colts.

and fuggle, why do you hate the pats?

Its funny that you say that because your logic is kinda strange. First off the saints have to play in Solider field in bad weather...Not a dome bud. So we will see how well brees throws in 30 or lower weather with the wind whipping around. Rex looked pretty well today, and now he has his first win under his belt in the Playoffs. He will be much more confident in the next game. That doesn't even include the fact that in no way can the Saints crappy D stop our run, or our pass attack.

So far my predictions have been right....Guy. I have picked up some good money in bets this year for the playoffs.

I see Pats v. Bears. Pats win it all! Hell, we be the Chargers and that was the one team I expected the most trouble from! Great coaching won the game.

    GO PATRIOTS!

Pats are in the AFC Championship game. They eliminate the Colts every year. And when is the last time Bill Belichick has been to a Super Bowl and lost? Pats FTW over Bears or Saints... NFC Championship doesn't even matter because AFC>NFC.

Anything can happen in one Playoff game bro. I mean not many people thought that Indy would beat Baltimore, or even KC for that matter and look where they are now. If the Bears play NE its going to be a close game, just like when they met in the regular season.

I have not followed the games this year but did hear on the radio about a team that has not won a major game in 100 years. I was only half paying attention and do not remember off hand if this was Football, or Baseball. If you have a clue about that post here please.
As for the weather true that...makes it difficult as hell to play. I feel so sorry for the teams that play in it and do not have a dome. The teams used to these extreems IMO will have the advantage over those that are not used to it.

I think that you are talking about the Chicago cubs have almost gone a 100 years without winning the world series. But that is baseball.
As far as the weather goes, its a known fact that fast teams on turf are not nearly so on regular turf outdoors. As a matter of fact look at Reggie Bushes rush avg on turf vs on natural grass. Its about half. LOL. If the Bears play Physical they should be able to smash NO in the dirt. If they try to play a finesse game, we will lose.
As far as NE goes. Tom Brady has only lost once in his career in the playoffs, and that includes several times Vs Manning. Also NE seems to have the better Defense.
One thing is for sure, it will be an interesting weekend.

At least it won't be the Seahawks vs Steelers like last year.... That Super Bowl kind of sucked. Seattle is not even that good so Chicago SHOULD go to the Super Bowl unless Rex Grossman makes more completions to the Hawks than the Bears.

bears will lose. their defense is no where near what it was in the beginning of the season, especially their run defense. they won't be able to contain the two headed running attack of mcallister and bush and they will run all over the bears like they did the eagles.

The Bears have a good chance to win it all IMHO. They got everything they need now all they have to do is not play shitty like they sometimes do. It seems like it comes and goes with them. I guess time will tell...

    Go BEARS!
