Weapon A2: claws +3 to traps +3 to LS or Bartuc's Cut-Throat (Socketed with Lightning Facet )
Weapon B: Call to Arms
Shield B: Lidless Wall (Sigon's Guard)
Belt: Arachnid Mesh
Armour: Enigma
Gloves: Frostburn, Magnus' Skin or rare with IAS
Boots: Silkweave, War Traveler, Waterwalk

CONCLUSION
So she is very mighty and...

I would use Griffon's Eye, socketed with perfect Lightning Facet.
And if you can afford, I would use magical claws, those can have pretty nice mods, something like +3 to Lightning Sentry etc., and you could socket those with Lightning Facets.

And why Frostburns? I would use some nice rare gloves, with IAS.

I have found some pretty nice claws from NPC's in Hell difficulty. The next time, when you go to sell items or buy potions, take a look at those.

+to lightning skills does affect, but -to enemy resistance doesn't.
