Selling homemade alcohol is illegal. Distilling is only illegal in certain areas. And I think the only reason its illegal is that uncle same aint gettin his cut. If you make it and pay taxes on it they dont give a damn.

Could we get back on topic, lawl. Topic at hand whether or not you believe ********* should be decriminalized and why, or why not.

I have to give a speech on this subject in a week or two so make sure you cite any facts you bring up, lol.

Has there ever been a ********* poisoning? Not that I'm aware of, but there has been plenty of cases on alcohol poisoning.

Just like anything else to much is not a good thing. With ********* and THC there are positives and Negatives just like anything else. My personal opinion is that it is fine to smoke ********* as long as its done responsibly.

On a side note, I found this link interesting and though i would share it with the rest of you.

Here is the quote i pulled off of Time Magazine that I felt pertained to the above post (just in case you didn't look at the link).
    :
"No one has ever died of THC poisoning, mostly because a 160-lb. person would have to smoke roughly 900 joints in a sitting to reach a lethal dose. (No doubt some have tried.) But that doesn't mean *** can't contribute to serious health problems and even death—both indirectly (driving while stoned, for instance) and directly (by affecting circulation, for example). A paper published last year in the journal Angiology found 10 odd cases in France of heavy herbe smokers who developed ischemia (an insufficient blood supply) in their limbs, leading in four cases to amputations. It's not clear that ********* caused the decreased blood flow, but the vascular problems did worsen during periods of heavy use. Another 2001 paper, in Circulation, found a nearly fivefold increase in the risk for heart attack in the first hour after smoking *********—though statistically that means smoking *** is about as dangerous for a fit person as exercise."

Granted, this article is a bit old; about 6years I think, but I did find it interesting non the less. Check it out if you like.

I say if you smoke then keep on smoking, just dont be a retard about it. Moderation is the key.

That is one of Ron Paul's policies that I would like to know about; being that I am a supporter of him.

Wait...that post did not make sense... You mean you bet you can OD on a drug which you inhale? If that is what you meant then; you can OD smoking crack, meph, heroin, and nicotine(am I missing any other drugs?) but it is virtually impossible to OD from smoking cannabis.

********* should be legalized for medical purposes and that only. It should also be up to the government to regulate the amounts of ********* distributed and where it is.

Even if it was legalized just for it's medical purpose they should still remove minimum sentencing for certain crimes.

Cannabis is a mind/state altering drug so IMO it should be illegal, in the end you guys are asking for what? Controlled anarchy?

I am lacking in the required post count on this site to post a URL. I am sorry that I did not know this and I will make an effort to correct this.

    Ritalin. Vicodin. Tramadol. Alchohol.
    Any antidepressent.
I could sit here all day and name off any medical drug in this category, the category being legal medical/recreational drugs.
These are all legal and most are even potentially MORE harmfull to mental health.
