    Default poem: my home

    kyle j. sisneros
    "my home"

    taken to my home
    past halls of golden warmth
    through unseen skies of white
    held by clouds of blue
    where none is left unknown
    tinted from the evil
our light turns gray with sin
    trailed by once calm days
    we step and step again
    to peak upon the held
    to hide from the unseen
to become banished from our lands
for my home is but a dream.
