RA 3.3 Doesnt work

Guys I need some help with getting Ra to work I d/l it copy it to my D2 folder and get an error something to do with application.exe can anyone help me out please? Theres no instructions or anything maybe someone could make some and post them for me. I would much appreciate this thanks.

Dude all i did was dl the file and save the file in a new folder in my desktop, then i opend the folder and double click on the loader, make sure u have d2 opened and logged in b4 u double click on the loader

I do that but i get this error message

I have reinstalled this 3 times and I load up D2 and start this and this is what i get

remove it from the directory, DL it, place on desktop, extract on desktop, double click, double click loader, then click "run" easy as that.
