This time I'm gunna go ahead and give my vote to Sarz. Both of these were certainly very good, but I just seemed to overall like Sarz a bit better this go around. The render has a good relationship with the bg, and is blended in nicely.
The text is a tad hard for me to read on Nex's, and that 3-5px sexeh black border there seems a tad out of place to me.
