My friend got 2 Stone of Jordan in one day... he showed me... they are 100% real and both are off nightmare andy. Everytime nightmare andy drop a unique ring i always thought it is a Stone of Jordan..... i seen 2 unique ring but one is nagelring and the other was manald....

i think that the game has some order in which it drops unique rings but i dont know about it rreally it was www.diabloii.net i think ...

The game always drops the rings in the following order:


Nagelring > Manald Heal > Stone of Jordan

If the game determines to drop a Unique Ring, it checks to see if a Nagelring is in the game or has already been generated in that game.* If not, one will always drop.* If there is a Nagelring, it does the same check for a Manald Heal, and will drop one unless there is one in the game or already generated in that game.* If so, it performs the same check on the Stone of Jordan.* If all three are in the game, a Rare Ring will be generated.

Most characters carried a Nagelring and Manald Heal to try and generate a SoJ in early Diablo II, or all three if they wanted only Rare Rings.* Having the first two on a character and then gambling for tons of rings was a good way to get more Stones.

i just went to d2data.net and it says FIRST kill andy = highest chance of soj but below FIRST andy's is The summoner on normal. Check it out if u dont believe me im gonna try some norm summoner runs :/ and see if it holds water

Tonberry didnt they fix that with 1.10................. like now im using only Nagel (for MF), there is no Manald in the game, and all i ever find is rare's...

Tonberry, the system ur talking about was only during the first versions of diablo 2 classic, they fixed that now so it doesnt matter what already have been dropped or what ur carrying in your inv during the kill. Normal Diablo has the best chance of dropping soj, but he takes alot more time to get to , compared with Nm Andariel so the best place to find a Soj would be Nm andy. I have only found 1 soj during my whole career too, Nm andy dropped it after like 200 runs i did 1 day.

Ok, here are some facts for you, see them and decide for yours
1. This entire night: nightmare Andy, got - 9 nagelrings, 1 manald heal, 1 tankreds amulet
2. Today from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm (just 2 hours): hell Andy, got - 1 SOJ, 2 good Ravenfrost, 2 nagelrings, 1 good manald, 2 good Crescent Moon (amulets)
I for my part am happy to got a soj, I have good sorc lvl. 91 with 540%~ MF using for botting (I have more actually, but they're in chest for more place in inventory), so I will now only bot
Andy in hell - looks like she drops "little" better...:)
By the way, I'm new to that andybot so I still may be wrong...

I have never seen an SOJ! I'm not sure what my magic find lvl is but I know its high. I get unique items dropping everywhere in hell games but have yet to find an SOJ.

yes on nl useast, i play and i easily got 5 sojs for a crappy p skulled personalized 09 wf. you can also trade an soj for a perf jade talon

Just a little tip on mfing just for unquies, its better to have at close to 300 mf as possable. if you go over 300 then u have a higher chance of finding magic item than unquie items (mf=MAGIC find) i do hell andy runs when in bord with 140 or so mf (enimga shako) on my hammerdin and i find some top noch stuff maras ammy seems to like me.

I've never found a SoJ but I have found the rings above it (IE Bul-Kathos, Wisp Projector.. etc.) I seem to find a lot of Nagel's and just recently found my second 30% :)
