I have a pretty godly Smiter on US West Ladder. =]

Fanaticism is the best for Smite because it has Ias. Concentration and might adds damage but its still not as good as Fanaticism. You really need the Ias from Fanaticism. I think strength and dexterity increases a small amount of damage, but very minimal. Want to duel?

Dex adds nothing to smite . Whereas 1 point in strength adds 1 max dmg to smite i believe. Really minimal and not needed. If this is a pvp char your smiter should be using Enigma anyways. Basically with a Phase blade grief + max fanat would put you at 6 frame smite i believe. Now a beserker axe Grief you would need max fanat+20ias from gloves. If you wanted to use concentration you would have to makeup for the loss of ias from not using Fanat. you could essintially get more dmg, at the cost of gear more suited for smite
You said so much without ever parting your lips.
