Item transfer program for single player

Anyone knows a program which I could use to transfer items from 1 character to another without using LAN or battlenet?
I use to use Jamella a really long time ago but it doesn't seem to be working at the moment.

It says ubers plugin, but it's so much more than that. By those who use it (esp for Diablo 2 mods), it's more popular for allowing users to twink (mule) to their other characters. Just read up on installation, and have fun.
