Need help for my D2 1.11 private close realm

I have built a Diablo2 1.11b private close realm server.
I am able to log on it and create games.
Everything is Ok except the following issues.
1. I can't use the rune words which are just in blizzard official Battle.net realm.
2. I could not transmite the three keys (Terror,Destructon,???) in Act 5 to open doors for Uber Baal ,Diablo ...

I use the offical 1.11b patch on server side.

Does some one could help on it?

Shall i need to get some crack files such as Patch_D2.mpq or D2Game.dll?

Any comment is appreciate.

Building a server in D2 is no fun, download one. I also tried to make one, but it has had bugs too.

Describe how you have made your "server alive", maybe I can help.
