Searching for 1.12 MPQ Editor

Greetings Everyone!

I've had constant fun playing with the assorted value in the MPQ Files in Diablo 2 for quite awhile now (Act 1 - Mob of 50 Quill Rats ), although have now hit a slight snag...:/

In 1.12 the headers of the MPQ files were modified, killing every single one of my MPQ Editors

I'm wondering if anyone has any clue on where I might find a working editor for 1.12 - All hints are much appreciated!

You my want to try wording the question a little better, because it seems a little vague. But if you are looking for a full on tut, you may want to check the hosting sites, otherwise look in the files themselves.

Other than that, it may not work because this thread is really dated, and its looking at a totally different version. So you may want to try looking for a 1.13. If you do have a version changer, or just havent updated it yet, you may be hard pressed to find any actual advice, because likely people will have moved on. Seeing as I think 1.13 is better (despite the hammerdin fix lol).

i have 1.13 (bnet downloaded it lol) but i thought they were cross compatable? (hero editor has no problem with it) and i want to edit mpq files. where to put the data\globals\whatever (i think i might be trolling lol)
