You will sort this out privately between the two of you, if need be I will make Nubli a topical Moderator and make Muderman the only Super Moderator. For now, you are both members.

Right this is whats going to happen. You will both get your ModCP access back. I think the three new moderators are doing a great job, and I can't fault them. Etanol, Alfzz and CheshireCat, keep it up. Muderman, I'm not going to tell you what you need to do, and you know this whole deal better than me. I will say however that while coming down hard on people, is justified and I stand by you completely, you should pick your fights more carefully. SpoonMan is well respected by everyone here, and he is not the type of people you should be coming down on. You banned him, and thats fine. What you had was someone who broke one rule, what you ended up with was a martyr. Much jumping on the bandwagon ensued and it was craziness.

Nubli, you second guessed Muder and you shouldn't have. It's not your place to unban someone he's banned. You wouldn't of done it to me, so why do it to him? Regardless of your thoughts on the subject, you were in the wrong. You are not a good Moderator because you still see yourself as a member, but rather than a normal member, your a member with power. Please don't get me wrong I like you, I really do, but the reason people think your a good mod is because your leave them alone, and don't act as a mod should do. Your ModCP access has been restored, and this is your chance to show you can make a difference here. Work with Muderman, not against him.

At the end of the day, I chose him because he will be a good moderator, and he IS a good moderator. He pointed me in the right direction from the start. If he isn't popular, then that to me means he is doing his job. If I need to remove your status in order for him to do his job properly I will do it without hesitation.

I guess my Administrator acces will stay for a few days.

Damn, way to silence the crowd

The reason why I tend to mingle in with the members and act like one is because whenever I act as a Mod and do my real dutie, people start saying crap like "Power Trip" or "Tool Shed". It get's really annoying so I try to stick with subtlness, not "I am God, FEAR ME!."

So the petty name calling leads me to temp ban. If I were to fully ban, they just come back. Then they come back with a bunch of other faggots. Then I have to endure that until either you or Luke gets on because only you two can IP ban.

So to avoid all this mess with every retard that opposes me, I choose to lay low and strike when necessary. It's just how I tend to do things, even in life.

So basically what I'm saying is: Is there anyway I can get IP ban so my warnings can be accepted by people, not ignored?
