I Now Hate EVERY Computer Litterate Person

Last night my accounts were jacked. I believe form a trojan horse that given to me while I was playing D2. My Zonealarm didnt catch it go thru. I did update my virus definitions and surely enough, the horse was found and deleted. I'm glad I wasnt rich enough to own any Enigmas, BOTDs, CTAs, COH, doom, then I'd be really mad.

Things of Value that I Lost:
1 38res hoto.
2 spiders.
12 sojs.

Chaos noose (traded for).

that sucks, i've been ripped many atime before, each time i quit for like a year then came back, i might quit forever if i get ripped now though, took me too long to get the stuff i got

Trojans don't usually mess with d2. But there are keyloggers, and that might have been it. But people have a way with hacking accounts. It's been going around on west non-ladder for months now. Each day I hear a new case. Sorry for what happened.

What bout people like OOTF,etanol and some others..those are quite good with computers....they help in many ways...So not every computer literate people are 'bad'....only those who put them into bad use...

N17RO I completely agree with you right there. Us ex-hackers (used to hack back in 1.6-1.8) know how to setup people with nice little bit of insane security for people. I havent restarted hacking yet because I dont feel like losing all my data when I get my new comp. But even since 1.6 the security you need hasnt really changed at all. All you needa do is just go into forums like this one and check what type of hacks people use nowadays. Then you just come up with a way to create a defense against it.
