How do i set up jhj to pick up items?

How do i edit the pickit for the Jhj pindel bot pick up an Ali baba, the rest of the Tals, the rest of the Trang ouls set, and the second sword to the 2 sword set? And dont say read the readme or something. the readme is either encrpted or in another language. i know there is a free site where i can find this but, i dont rember the site because every time i tried to go there it has been viewd to many times.
