i need to find out how to get it to keep the +10 hp lvl 14 small charms and jewels of wrath and jewels of carnage. any help is greatly apreciated

you need to edit the file called charmsjewels.nip found under D2NT172_NTBot36\D2NT\scripts\settings.
the key to the those numbers can be found in other files under D2NT172_NTBot36\D2NT\mpqdata.
i myself havent messed with the specific file, but have with the others. good luck
