D2NT can you delay more lobby time?

Under which config would i be able to alter the delay time i sit in the lobby?
to make less constant games

i was under a couple things but i didn't want to start tweaking things
that i don't exactly know what I'm messin with and screw somethin up

i just want to make it so i sit in the lobby like 10 seconds after every game
