alright alright.. i donno why but im having a major brainfart and my dad asked me a good question.. what are godly items?
Godly items is a term for the best items out there. They are the ones that make you in a sense "godly". Such items may be Arkains Valor Balrog Skin or a Windforce Hydra Bow and so on and so forth... People like to socket these items with extremely rare jewels that give nice bonuses making their character even more "godly". But I think you can only call yourself godly if you are an excellent PK'er.
Actually that came off the top of my head.
I think that in at least back then in 1.09, "godly" items could also be used to describe very very good rares, not just uniques, that had awesome stats. I dunno if it would count, but yesterday i found a rare colossus crossbow, and i just decided to identify it for the heck of it, and it had like 301% ED, making the damage about 120-360 or so.
some bugged items in 09 (bugged wf, ss, valor, occy) were also considered godly. now 1.10 godly items are something like: perfect eth zoded templar's might, perfect tyraels might, perfect 5/-5 cold faceted fathom, perfect upped eth ire and eth upped shaft, superior eth 6 soc colossus blade or beserker axe, and sometimes a perfect eth 5 soc rune master with 4 ohm's and 1 zod for damage equal to an eth botd zerker.
"Godly" is also a magical prefice that gives enhanced defense, btw
Godly would just mean the strongest/rarest items that make your char "godly" whether for pvp or pvm.
i found rare armor with 2000 def
i saw larzuk selling a sacred armor that had 1850 defense, too bad it costed over 2,000,000
