D2NT 1.13 isnt working for me

haha well im a noob at this, i read the guide stickied and tried like 7 different methods that i thought of but i always get this same message

anybody know what i can do? and idk where that js36.dll file or whatever its called is. ive looked everywhere

idk it works for me, but it's not nearly as good as D2NT 1.75, so I'm not even bothering to use it. Too many things need tweeking & fixing :P
