problem with d2nt 3.0 how do i fix

Hey I have a little problem, whenever the bot clicks "Battle.net" it says : "The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000417) occurred in the application at location 0x10090a02. Click on OK to terminate the program"

If anyone could tell me my problem and is willing to helm me fix it, please send a reply.
