I want to add visionary helms to the loot but i cant find a name for Increase attack rating by a percent per lev.... only attack rating per lev not %

Someone help please

[Type] == helm && [Quality] == rare && [Flag] == ethereal # [FHR] >= 10 && [ItemToHitPerLevel]

this is the code i have but [ItemToHitPerLevel] is normal atr per lev
