D2NT31 + NTBot42: Clicking+Zoning issues

I used the search feature and looked around for quite a long time, but I simply cant find anyone else with this issue, or how to resolve it.

When in Chaos, I can not hit seals, and in Countess tower area, It has trouble 40% of the time zoning donw. It gets to the stairs, and just kinda sits there and I watch the mouse jump around all over the place, let it do this for quite awhile, with no avail.

In Chaos, its clear, just like countess run, that its TRYING to hit the seal, running around the seal + watching the mouse jump all over the place but it cant quite do it.

Again, I looked for quite awhile, I didnt want to have to ask a question that has already been answered. Also looked around in the config files for some sort of way to edit some code to fix it, but i simply couldnt find it.

Any sort of help is GREATLY appreciated.
