D2NT Pickit editing

I want to remove items from my pickit, how do I do so? Example:

[Name] == SlayerGuard && [Quality] == unique # [EnhancedDefense] >= 150 && [LifeLeech] >= 3 // Arreat's Face
[Name] == GuardianCrown && [Quality] == unique # [Defense] >= 300 && [EnhancedDefense] >= 150 && [LifeLeech] >= 3 // Arreat's Face

Is there something I need to type to remove an item from my pickit, or can I simply delete the entire line? Example:

// ##### Barbarian Helms ###############
[Name] == SlayerGuard && [Quality] == unique # [EnhancedDefense] >= 150 && [LifeLeech] >= 3 // Arreat's Face

you can put // in front of a line to tell the pickit to not pick it up.
