That'll help you with picking the best of the best magic and rares. However, for uniques, you should probably code that yourself to better suit your needs.
The bot item pickit selections are kinda crude, so picking extreme isnt good for certain items.

For example:
[Name] == Corona && [Quality] == unique # [Sockets] >= 0 && [PlusDefense] >= 100 && [DamageResist] >= 10 // Crown of ages
//[Name] == GrimShield && [Quality] == unique && [Flag] != ethereal # [EnhancedDefense] >= 130 // Lidless Wall
[Name] == Tiara && [Quality] == unique && [Flag] != ethereal # [Defense] >= 170 && [FireResist] >= 70 // Kira's Guardian

These three items, your bot is set to pick these no matter what, it's just the stats that they pick at.
However, Coa is an item thats worth a lot no matter the stats, whereas lidless aint worth shit no matter the stats. And kiras is only worth something if it's perfect. So you are going to want it set to pick coa no matter the stats, use "//" on lidless because its shit, and only pick perfect kiras because thats the only time when its worth something.

You should also take into account how much the bot is going to be running before you check on it.
Picking runes such as pul and um is good, because you can mute them or trade them as is. Same as keys, you can either run ubers to get organs and/or the torch and either use it for yourself, or trade those. But if you are going to be running your bot 8hours or more, your inventory is going to be full of shit that in retrospect, you shouldn't of picked.

Also, you should probably just "//" every normal/superior/socketed/ethereal (normal or superior, but not magical,rare, or unique) unless it is something that you are directly looking for, because that shit fills room up fast. Especially if your bot picks and eth cv that you really don't want and it stopped you from picking other items.

If your just starting out you can use the Normal pickit in the character config. I also made a post with a very complete
unique pickit Here
and we also have the magic rare pickit Here
and there is a normal items pickit (ie armor and weapons to make runewords,ect) Here
There is no crafting pickit up on this board yet as far as I know
but Blue is totally correct in saying that the best pickits are ones you make yourself
