Intel graphics are the bane of a gamers existence. To try to compare that to a normal graphics card such as a nvidia or ati is very difficult.
The X3000 (which is supposed to be quite a bit better than the 3000) is said to be similair to a nvidia geforce 6150.
I found some reviews and stuff and the X3000 could not run battlefield 2 (released in 2005), which has pretty dated graphics. Battlefield 2 has a minimum requirement of a Geforce 5700. (and I remember it running on my old ATI Radeon 9200, a bit slow, but ran it)
Your pretty much going to be stuck with web based/flash games and stuff that's either old or very simple.
Although, if this is in a desktop (not a laptop) but a desktop with a reasonable size case and a AGP or PCI-E slot on the motherboard, the amount of money we are talking about here for a MAJOR upgrade is like $30, if you feel savvy enough to get a card and install it.
