Possible to setup D2NT 3.1 to baal run/chaos run?

Wondering if it's possible to setup D2NT 3.1 to run public chaos/baal runs and TP at the desired locations for leechers and such.

u dont need to be intellectual ... use seach buttom and you will find what u need ... im a stupid noob in this and took me 3 days to build it ground up ...

ya, you dont have to be intellectual, but asking these questions takes other peoples time, so not searching for these answers yourself is really just being selfish.
