D2NT cannot run in win7 with error msg NTitemParser.ntl(174)

Here is the error message, this appear when a room is created...and pop up this msg...then the game shut down.
unhandled exception:Access_violation (c0000005)
i can run the game perfectly without D2NT,
but the above problem appear when i use D2NT to run D2....

i changed the settings to open as admin and winXP(SP2)...
the problem still exist.....

Also....i followed some instructions to put JS32.dll in Windows\sysWOW64 or Windows\ or Windows/system32
both doesn't work=(
