How to bypass temp bans?

Anyone have a method of bypassing a temp ban? I've tried the router reset and am unable to change any of my addresses. Any other suggestions?

usually if you can't change your Mac address you will have to wait it out

How can you change your Mac address? I can't find any good guides.

people that have DSL can change there mac address in their router if they have one
here - Dynamic and Static IP Address Differences
and usually people that have cable internet have static ip address

have you tried going into Command Prompt and typing ipconfig/release,hit enter, wait, then type ipconfig/renew. that's what I usually do. seems to work.

Thanks SF_FireSoul for the info there - I wasn't sure how good that works but it's worth a try :)

yea it usually works first try, but sometimes I have to do it twice

Alternatively; If you have a static IP and you are unable to get this to work by restarting your modem, router or renewing your IP adress, you can buy a VPN for about $10 per month, with this you can change the IP adress ever 5 minutes, making it impossible to ever get a temp ban. I use this on all my pc's running all my bots and it's working flawlessly, with this you can easily run a diablo 2 bot for ever and ever and never worry about a temp ban.
