Barbarian - Game Guide - Diablo III
Possibly this.
I would also try replacing threatening shout or battle rage with ignore pain and see how that does. Also maybe mix in ruthless as a passive and see if you like that. But if ruthless turns out to be good for you then I would also use the rune striding giant on the skill WotB
Using this atm Level 45.
Barbarian - Game Guide - Diablo III
Cleave - Scattering Blast
Whirlwind - Blood Funnel
Ignore Pain - Ignorance is bliss
Revenge - Best served Cold
War Cry - Invigorate
Wrath Of the Berserker - Insanity
Passive:
Weapons Master
Ruthless
Nerves Of Steel
Finding Solo pretty easy :)
.
NM should be easy, hell might be a little harder, but get some gear and it'll be the same. Inferno is another thing altogether, trust me
Just up to hell now :) AH will get a hiding
.
Luke hit me up, my barb solos diablo in inferno I'll pm you my battletag
I guess I'll throw in a few tips while I'm here, but I don't plan on doing my own guide or anything.
Any build you use after inferno that does not have a substantial amount of life on hit will probably need more than just revenge, you will need a second heal such as overpower or furious charge, with their perspective heal runes.
You will need resistances, alot
You will need armor, alot
Until you have a method of using WW effectively you will want to consider having leap to evade nasty stuff.
You will probably want a sacred shield (highest tier shield skin) stormshield is a joke
life regen is sorta nice but I consider it pretty useless, you would need like 5000 life regen for that alone to keep you alive in mobs.
Life on hit is great if you have a decent amount, but you need resistances and armor stacked first.
Life steal is ok, but its not great unless your dps is reasonable, which it probably wont be at first.
You can try going all out dps all you want, but since your melee, your going to get hit, and its gunna suck unless you tank. High dps builds are top tier stuff.
Your 3 passives should be defensive when you first start out inferno. (Tough as nails, Nerves of steel, and superstition) - Recommended for starting out, if you have a high amount of hit points you could try relentless instead of superstition, but tough as nails and nerves of steel are pretty much required. Juggernaut can be useful as well but that will probably get phased out when you start getting good.
Back to the shield thing, I see tons of barbs trying to dual wield, I even occasionally have tried it, if you dual wield your resistances and armor will always be lower, ontop of that you no longer block (duh)
In order to dual wield you need more healing and a bigger health pool for starters, its not something that I personally have been happy with, and I've never been outdone by a dual wielder in endgame.
Forget about trying to use a 2 handed weapon for now, the lower attack speed alone is enough reason why not to. It means less fury, less life on hit, less critical chance possibilities, slower reaction times.
Your dps probably will be higher 2 handed over dual wielding, but its going to be rough going unless you already have a ton of gold to throw at it. I watched my buddy dump over 20 million into a 2 handed barb build that he couldn't take past act 2 and even that was rough going for him.
One last thing, the skill Wrath of the Beserker is amazing, but you are far from reaching its true potential, forget about it for now.
