one on the bottom

Eh, ive never used borders before, where do you get them?

i already told you...go to the background layer pres the little f and then go to stroke change it to the color you want and make it somewhere between 1-3 px

Where do you guys make these signatures, is there a speical program, i don't mean to sound like a sig noob but i am....help a brother out lol and set me up makin signatures cuz i heard u can get them done pretty fast if ur good.
